Background

The Šiška district could be described as an working class neighbourhood, urbanised village, the next trendy neighbourhood Although is close to the city centre and to the main park, the neighbourhood is facing urban degradation. The regeneration process has not started yet (planned) but there  organized initiative of local residents is quite active.
 

Winning idea

Tax free zone, local currency, cultural centre.

To introduce a tay-free zone with a local currency. The idea took into account a greater number of religious centres in the area. Presentaion of a cultural centre, green areas development plan, and local cinema sounded very promising. Perhaps focusing on the one point instead of several would be more useful in this case.
