British Council Hungary is organizing a series of eight Future City Games and producing a television series that is based on this games. The series, Our Little Town, will air on Sundays, starting on 26 April.

So, what is the Future City Game? It is played during a two-day event by city residents from diverse backgrounds, from various disciplines, led by a trained games-master. It enables people to find solutions to the long-term challenges facing cities. The aim of the game is to generate the best idea on how to improve the quality of life either in a specific area within a city, the city as a whole, or in response to the common challenges facing cities around the world.

Shooting will continue until the end of May, filming in eight cities week by week. A series of eight games will be realized with our partners Studio Metropolitana, the production company Szinfolt Bt., and the eight participating local city councils.
