Experimental culture project: URBAN POETRY 1

The British Council in Latvia promotes the concept of urban art/urban poetry by supporting events that study the impact that a city leaves on culture (language, arts, lifestyle, communication, values and traditions), as well as the various creative influences in cities initiated by individuals or communities.
The first event - an experimental culture project ‘URBAN POETRY 1’ - took place on 16th October 2010 at VEF`s Art Center in Riga (Latvia).
