Flagship projects successfully connect people, ideas and resources.

They can take variety of forms – some introduce new ways of using a public space, others connect city inhabitants in taking part in area of common interest; some connect entrepreneurs and artists, and others play a critical role in introducing systemic changes in fields such as city policies concerning issues such as sustainable housing, transport, development of creative quarters, thus fostering regeneration and social inclusion.
