Hi everyone.

I’m finally back in the saddle (figuratively of course) after my little broken hip escapade and looking forward to another exciting year.

Two big things on the agenda at the moment: preparing for the second Urban Ideas Bakery in Pecs, Hungary in March, and preparing for a major project conference in Warsaw, also in March. For the UIB, I’m off to Pecs next week to take part in a pre-bakery diagnostic. For Warsaw, we’ve asked David Barrie to advise and facilitate the event for us – Dave’s got some fantastic ideas so this promises to be a very special event. We’ll be sending out more information on both events through this website, and I’ll be blogging regularly (next blog – news from Pecs).
