Brenton Caffin is currently on a Social Innovation tour across the EU and was following our Creative Cities Facebook news and blog on the Blackburn with Darwen event.

Brenton is Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed 'The Australian Centre for Social Innovation' based in Adelaide.  Similarly to EU Local Government Strategic plans, many Australian states continue to build on their own 20 year strategic plans which involve significant community engagement.
